We would like to congratulate the Surrey Bandits and Abbotsford Stunners on their first IndoHoops CANADA National Championships. The Stunners dominated the Women's Division. The Bandits earned their championship with back to back wins over DINC and then TBA in the National Final.
We would like to thank the Maryland Five Pillars, California Shockwaves, and California BKS for attending our tournament. It takes a big committment for teams to travel and we just wanted to let all of you know that we really appreciate the fact that you took time out to make our tournament that much better. We would like to personally thank Dave Banerjee of the Shockwaves for attending. It's the fifth year in a row Dave has attended. We would also like to thank all the local men's and women's teams for participating. The 18 teams is the largest ever for an Indo-Canadian basketball tournament. We would like to thank West Coast Limousines for sponsoring our tournament. Your help over the past two years has been immense. We would like to thank Hardip Sidhu(Bandits), TJ Johal(DINC), Jas Kang(Bundukhz), Paul Dhillon(Browns), Dal Mahal(Browns), Sanj Mann(Associates), Meena Dhaliwal, Dave Tic-Tac, Ranj Mann(Associates), Vishal Dhami(Media) and Harman Sahi(Associates) for all of their assistance leading up to and throughout the weekend.
